Healing Classrooms are safe and nurturing learning spaces where children affected by crisis and conflict can learn, grow and thrive. This trauma informed training will provide strategies and ideas on how to support refugee and asylum-seeking children to feel welcome in their new environment.
This in person training will be held on Friday 10th January 2025 and is aimed at anyone who works with refugee children and youth in an education setting.
The training is hosted by Oxfordshire County Council and delivered by the International Rescue Commitee.
Location: Oxford Westgate Library Collaboration Space, OX1 1PE (Parking is available under the library/shopping centre).
