We have an exciting opportunity for refugees based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire to receive in person training from IRC and attend an open day to learn more about job opportunities at Practice Plus Group (PPG) Emersons Green Hospital, one of England’s largest independent providers of private, insured and NHS healthcare.
Training Monday 3rd March: Health and Social Care Job Readiness Training delivered by IRC, one full day in person, at a venue in Bristol. All training will be delivered in English.
Open Day Saturday 8th March: Visit Practice Plus Group Hospital Emersons Green (Bristol BS16 7FH). During this open day you will have the opportunity to experience this work environment, ask questions, etc. (please feel free to bring along your children). Time - 9:30am - 12pm.

Examples of job role opportunities with PPG:
Sterile Services Technician - This role includes washing, disinfecting and the sterilising of theatre equipment. Maintain inventory of supplies, audits, records on computer system, daily validation testing and ensure equipment is correctly documented. (Full time, permanent, above £21,000 per annum + benefits)
Healthcare Assistant - This role includes supporting nurses implementing care plans, promoting safe patient care, developing skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery. (Full time, permanent, above £21,000 per annum + benefits)
Catering Assistant - To provide an efficient, high quality dedicated food and beverage service across the hospital ward, kitchen and café. Complying with policies and procedures.
